Thank you for shopping with Casual Mama Co. Each item is made to order and personalized just for you, which means a little extra time is needed to create your piece with care.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing time includes embroidery, personalization, quality checks, and packaging.
During new launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (shipping speed only; does not shorten processing time)
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Casual Mama Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Casual Mama Co., every piece is made especially for you. Because our products are custom embroidered and personalized, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
